This page explains which personal details supremeproint.com collects, why it collects them and who receives them. Details are collected only when you send a request through the request page, and they are used to arrange a written valuation breakdown and a review call.
Who is responsible
Supreme Pro, LLC, publishes supremeproint.com and is responsible for the details sent through the request page. You can reach the publisher at alex@supremeproint.com or at 1520 NE 150th St, Miami, FL, 33161.
What the request page collects
When you send a request, the page collects the details you type into it:
- your first and last name
- your phone number and email address
- the ZIP code of the property, if you add it
- the areas you chose for the written breakdown
- your preferred call window and any notes you write
- a record that you ticked the consent box
The article pages collect no personal details of their own. Like any web server, the hosting service may keep ordinary technical logs, such as the IP address and browser type of a visit.
Why the details are used
- to prepare the written breakdown you asked for
- to arrange the review call and to contact you by phone or email about it
- to pass your request to independent specialists, including real estate agents and property valuation specialists
- to answer messages sent to the publisher and to keep records of consent
Who receives them
Your request goes to independent specialists who handle consultations connected to this site: real estate agents and property valuation partners. With the consent you give on the request page, they may call or email you about your property and a possible sale. They decide for themselves how to run their conversations with you, and they are independent of this publication.
The hosting provider processes data on the publisher's behalf in order to run the site.
How long details are kept
Request details are kept for as long as they are needed for the purposes above, or for as long as the law requires.
Your choices
You can tell any specialist who contacts you that you do not want further calls or emails. You can also write to the publisher with the date and the phone number or email address involved, to ask what is held about you, to correct it or to have it deleted.
Depending on the state you live in, you may have further rights over your personal information, and the publisher responds to requests as the law requires. Sending a request commits you to nothing, and declining a call has no consequence for the article or the site.
Cookies and outside requests
The site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Its stylesheet and script files are loaded from a content delivery network, which receives your IP address when your browser fetches them. The Cookie Info page gives the details.
