Site terms
Last revised: September 2026 · Valid from March 2025
These terms cover your use of supremeproint.com, including the feature article and the request page. Reading the site is open to everyone; sending a request is a separate step that involves the consent described on the request page.
The site and its publisher
supremeproint.com is published by Supreme Pro, LLC, 1520 NE 150th St, Miami, FL, 33161. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.
What the site offers
The site carries an editorial feature about property and land valuation reviews and a request page. Through the request page you can ask for a written valuation breakdown and a short review call. The publisher passes requests to independent specialists, who carry out the review and the call. The publisher does not itself value, buy, sell, lease or manage any property.
Sending a request
Give accurate details, and only your own contact details. By ticking the consent box you agree that real estate agents or property valuation specialists may call or email you about your property, your written breakdown and a possible sale.
A call is a non-binding consultation. It is not an offer, a contract or a formal appraisal, and nothing said on a call obliges you to sell, lease or sign anything.
General disclaimer
The article and the request page are general information. They are not a formal appraisal, legal advice or professional advice of any kind.
Property and land values depend on exact location, zoning, condition, comparable recent sales and buyer demand at the time of a sale. Any past-case example mentioned by a specialist or a provider is a historical illustration and does not promise a valuation or a sale price for your property. Any rental, land lease or home-based service needs local permits, preparation and active management, which remain the owner's responsibility.
Third parties
Specialists, agents and providers named or described on the site are independent. Their statements, advice and conduct are their own, and the publisher does not control them. Statements about a provider on the site are attributed to that provider's own pages.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site to send false details or another person's details, to disrupt it, or to copy its content for republication without permission.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, the publisher is not liable for losses that arise from relying on the content of the site or from the conduct of independent specialists. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
The publisher may update these terms. The revision date at the top of the page shows the current version.
